Responsibilities
Conducting tailored, conversion-focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three core commitments and build trust in our educational approach
Directing and implementing strategic outreach efforts with prospective families to advance them through the enrollment pipeline
Maintaining strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a demonstrably protected environment for students and families
Supervising comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance planning, vendor management, and repair coordination
Regularly evaluating operational data to optimize workflows and enhance both campus efficiency and enrollment performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
