Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the organization’s threat intelligence strategy
Oversee collection, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence from OSINT, commercial feeds, ISACs, dark web, and internal telemetry
Identify emerging threats, adversary TTPs, and risks impacting the business
Drive operationalization of intelligence into detections, threat hunts, and incident response
Produce executive-level briefings and maintain threat models, actor profiles, and reporting standards
Manage TI tooling (TIP, SIEM integrations) and improve automation workflows
Mentor analysts and foster intelligence sharing across the security org and industry partners
Qualification
Required
5+ years in threat intelligence, SOC, incident response, or related security disciplines
Proven experience leading or mentoring security teams
Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, adversary behaviors, malware, and exploit trends
Hands-on experience with TI platforms (MISP, Anomali, Recorded Future, etc.) and SIEMs
Ability to translate intelligence into actionable engineering and response outcomes
Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and threat briefings
Preferred
Scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell)
Cloud security experience
Certifications like GCTI, CTIA, or CISSP
