New Grad, Entry LevelTalent Bridge is seeking a Scale Operator to join Amrize and help ensure smooth operations. The role involves providing excellent customer service, verifying ticket accuracy, coordinating truck dispatch, and maintaining accurate records of product weights and sales.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Verify tickets for accuracy and ensure trucks are properly loaded
Collect and document COD payments according to company policies
Coordinate truck dispatch orders and operate computer systems to produce tickets
Maintain accurate records of product weights, sales, and tonnage
Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively
Perform housekeeping to keep the scale house clean and orderly
Assist plant employees and perform other administrative duties as assigned
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy
Ability to perform arithmetic operations using units of American money, weight, volume, and distance
Preferred
Weighmaster License
