Senior LevelTalent Bridge is hiring for a Regional Ready Mix Laboratory Manager to oversee laboratory operations and quality control activities across multiple ready-mix concrete facilities. This leadership position is responsible for managing laboratory personnel, maintaining industry accreditations, and ensuring compliance with concrete testing standards while supporting product quality and innovation.

Responsibilities
Maintain and manage CCRL, Army Corps of Engineers (ACES), and other applicable accreditations
Oversee daily laboratory operations across regional ready-mix facilities
Develop, review, and optimize concrete mix designs
Support innovation initiatives to improve quality and efficiency
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to resolve technical issues
Maintain mix design databases and documentation
Attend relevant industry and association meetings
Perform and oversee concrete testing activities
Promote and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proven laboratory or quality management experience in ready-mix or construction materials
Strong knowledge of concrete technology, testing procedures, and quality control systems
Preferred
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NRMCA, ACI)
