Regional Technical Services Manager
Talent Bridge is hiring for a Regional Technical Services Manager to provide technical leadership ensuring products and services meet industry standards. This role involves supporting technical compliance, product quality, and operational excellence across multiple sites and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Promote and support compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Support technical compliance programs and report issues through appropriate channels
Contribute to regional technical and market strategies
Oversee product testing, certification, and quality control initiatives
Support plant and laboratory certification and compliance programs
Lead technical responses to customer concerns and quality issues
Collaborate with operations, sales, and industry associations
Provide leadership to quality control and laboratory teams
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant technical or engineering experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel within the assigned region
Ability to work safely in industrial and field environments
Ability to use required personal protective equipment, with reasonable accommodations provided as required by applicable law
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility for licensure, where applicable
