Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for the PingFederate-based SSO authentication platform

Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication issues across enterprise applications

Support internal workforce users via Slack and other support channels

Partner with IAM and authentication teams to identify and remediate platform gaps

Assist with onboarding new applications to SSO

Resolve SAML attribute mapping and configuration issues

Perform engineering activities including platform upgrades, stack refreshes, and security/compliance-driven redeployments

Execute frequent deployments (multiple times per month) of the SSO platform

Collaborate closely with application teams to ensure seamless workforce authentication

Participate in broader IAM initiatives as needed

Qualification

PingFederate expertiseIAM protocolsSSO troubleshootingCI/CD toolsOkta experienceEnterprise IAM exposure

Required

Strong hands-on expertise with PingFederate (SME-level preferred)

Deep understanding of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect

Experience with policy management, adapter configuration, selector setup, and access token management

Proven ability to troubleshoot SSO and authentication issues

Experience supporting workforce authentication platforms

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub

Experience deploying and redeploying authentication platforms in response to vulnerabilities, security, and compliance requirements

Preferred

Experience with Okta (secondary to PingFederate expertise)

Exposure to large-scale or enterprise IAM environments
