Metasys Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Representative to support the Credit Department in managing credit-related account issues. The role involves interacting with customers and agencies to resolve escalated credit situations while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

Review and take appropriate action on past due active and final accounts
Handle escalated customer contacts related to credit issues with professionalism and accuracy
Conduct credit review workflow exceptions in the customer service system (e.g., disconnection reviews, balance transfers, unpaid non-service items)
Communicate with property owners, external agencies, and vendors regarding account status and collections
Notify and follow up with customers on final bills, payment arrangements, and balance transfers
Interpret and apply credit policies, tariffs, administrative rules, and regulatory requirements
Document and maintain accurate customer account records in the customer information system
Perform additional credit-related responsibilities as assigned

Qualification

CreditCollection experienceCall center experienceOral communication skillsWritten communication skillsAnalytical skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively handle difficult customer issues

Preferred

bachelor's degree preferred
Previous call center, credit and collection experience strongly preferred
