New Grad, Entry LevelAmrize is a company focused on building North America, and they are seeking a Production Support Team Member for their Kilns team. This role supports plant operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring materials are delivered efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety
Practice risk assessment, perform authorized activities only, and utilize appropriate PPE
Exhibit core values by developing self and supporting team members
Learn to operate plant equipment, including skid loaders, forklifts, fast-vac trucks, teleforkers, and sweepers
Pick up and deliver oil drums within the plant
Maintain plant grounds using sweepers and fast-vac equipment
Empty oil drums and operate oil-water separators
Repair, replace, and clean rail tracks and tie switches
Perform snow removal from sidewalks and road salting during winter conditions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Experience with small mobile equipment
Willingness to participate in the PST training program to gain proficiency in plant equipment
Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize-approved PPE, including respirators where required (clean-shaven for seal fit)
