Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for technology roles, managing specialized and leadership searches from sourcing through offer
Consult with tech leaders on role requirements, tech stacks, platforms, and emerging industry trends
Build and maintain deep, diverse talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
Partner with HR and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans
Provide an exceptional candidate experience while representing our client's brand and values
Leverage ATS and AI-enabled tools (Workday preferred) to optimize workflow and sourcing effectiveness
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of corporate recruiting experience, with strong emphasis on technology hiring
Ability to confidently engage with technical leaders and understand complex tech profiles
Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday strongly preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, and consultative skills
Knowledge of HR and recruiting best practices, including sourcing strategies and compliance
