Responsibilities

Lead Senior Project Managers and oversee successful completion of project initiatives
Support commercialization readiness by ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution
Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, Commercial, Brand, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency across stakeholders
Lead complex cross‑functional projects by defining scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery
Manage timelines and scope to drive successful outcomes, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure commitments are met
Facilitate effective communication by providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership
Champion process standardization and best practices, ensuring adherence to KDP’s project management framework
Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and applying lessons learned across projects
Provide strategic insight by connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and trust, empowering teams to deliver results and grow professionally
Model clear, transparent communication and promote alignment around shared goals and success measures
Champion inclusion and diverse perspectives, recognizing the value of varied experiences and viewpoints

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Demonstrated leadership experience
5+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross‑functional initiatives (preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments)
Proven success managing multi‑million‑dollar or enterprise‑level commercialization, capital, or expense projects
Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing
Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑impact initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project), Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP systems

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
