Responsibilities
Working with marketing managers to generate content for social media; utilize corporate tools to create posts and manage social media accounts
Create reports, analyze data, and interpret results for management
Assisting in developing, evaluating, implementing, updating and maintaining various department websites, tools, programs and processes
Supporting event management (trade shows, webinars, etc)
Attending and participating in meetings and carrying out designated action items
Supporting projects and managing time for multiple assignments
Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's program in marketing, business, communications or advertising at an accredited university
Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (please do not round)
Must be at least 1 year away from graduation, 2 or more years preferred. (sophomore, junior, or senior are eligible)
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); working knowledge of SharePoint is encouraged but not required
Ability to communicate across the function and collaborate with peers
Attention to detail
Thinks and acts strategically
Takes direction quickly and is self-motivated
Confidence to present ideas and network with internal organization
Preferred
Experience with digital marketing and social media management
Knowledge of adobe illustrator/photoshop or Canva experience
