This is an on-site role working closely with a small finance team and offers exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records including AP, AR, and general ledger entries
Complete bank reconciliations and ensure transactions are recorded properly
Assist with monthly close activities and internal reporting
Prepare balance sheet and income statement reports
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
Help with year-end requirements and audit preparation
Assist with payroll processing across multiple entities (training provided)
Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions
2–5+ years of accounting experience required – this is not an entry level role
Experience with full-cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a small office environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Payroll exposure a plus (multi-entity helpful, but not required)
Comfort learning new systems — QuickBooks experience helpful but not required
