Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses of organizational structures, processes, and systems. Assess current business models and their integration with technology to identify areas for improvement during application migration
Design and document optimized business processes that align with the new hosting environment. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system designs meet business requirements
Create process maps, workflows, and documentation to illustrate current and future states.Define desired future states of applications post-migration, including process improvements and system enhancements
Assess proposed technical solutions against business requirements and conduct cost-benefit analyses. Develop and execute UAT plans and test cases based on business requirements, documenting results and adjustments
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on application migration or similar initiatives
US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
You must live local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Friday
Preferred
Certifications: (Specify certifications required or preferred, e.g., SAFe Agilist, CBAP, or Agile certifications)
Expertise in process mapping, workflow creation, and business process optimization
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly within a SAFe Agile framework
Proficiency in developing detailed documentation, specifications, and test plans
Ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and assess the impact of technical solutions on business operations
