Human Resources Manager
Talent Bridge is hiring for a Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to operational leaders at a manufacturing facility. This role supports organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with operational goals
Advise managers on talent management, performance management, compensation processes, and employee relations
Support workforce planning, organizational development, and succession initiatives
Participate in recruitment and selection for exempt roles
Collaborate with leadership on learning and development programs
Support compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
Work collaboratively with both unionized and non-unionized employees
Promote and support a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility
Coordinate with shared services and HR teams to drive efficiency and consistency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5–7 years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience
Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industries preferred
Experience supporting unionized environments
Familiarity with SAP or similar HR platforms
