Responsibilities
Translate large raw data sets into easy-to-understand visual representations that display facts, patterns, and other relevant information and may include dashboards, reports, charts, graphs, infographics, or visual presentations
Conduct in-depth evaluations of credit card operational activities for opportunities to improve overall general business operations
Interpret links between data being pulled and the impact on the department and/or overall business, providing actionable insights
Monitor calculated metrics and assess their accuracy to ensure reliable data-driven decision-making
Demonstrate intermediate understanding of data structures, and query and interpret data to enhance business functions, and modify or write complex SQL queries for Power BI reporting or analytics
Compile application, statistical portfolio, and performance data from multiple sources to provide detailed management insights
Communicate effectively with various business areas to determine reporting needs and business requirements, aligning them with the long-term and short-term goals of the business
Present relevant insights to management clearly, driving informed decision-making
Qualification
Required

Advanced PC skills, including intermediate proficiency with Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization including colleagues
Attention to detail, analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (i.e. Business), or 2 years of practical business experience in financial services with consumer finance
Preferred
Intermediate proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance
Business Intelligence Platform, i.e. Power BI or equivalent (Tableau) experience
