Responsibilities
Originating and closing C-PACE transactions across Southern California
Acting as the primary relationship lead (“ring man”) on all deals
Sourcing opportunities through brokers, mortgage professionals, and direct borrower relationships
Managing transactions from initial outreach through underwriting and closing
Educating counterparties on the benefits of C-PACE versus traditional bank financing
Coordinating with internal teams to execute complex, long-term financings
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance
Background in brokerage, commercial banking, capital markets, or mortgage lending
Proven producer with a documented deal sheet (required)
Strong relationships with commercial mortgage brokers and CRE owners
Experience originating deals throughout Southern California
Deep understanding of structured real estate financing
Comfortable managing long sales cycles (6+ months) end-to-end
Must be based in Los Angeles and actively involved in the local CRE market
