Understand mechanical, maintenance, and production operations
Collate data, analyze process correlations, and support capital project strategies
Monitor and optimize process equipment capacity and control parameters

Use your technical knowledge and skills to help achieve team and company goals
Deliver a final presentation to executive leadership highlighting your learnings and contributions
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Chemical Engineering program
Strong academic performance and solid understanding of engineering principles
Geographic flexibility and willingness to work at various sites
Excellent oral and written communication skills
High energy, proactive, and able to tackle new challenges
Team player, collaborative across different organizational levels
Willingness to spend significant time in the field gaining hands-on experience
