The role involves managing residential and commercial closings, processing title, and maintaining escrow accounts while contributing to the firm's growth and operations.

Responsibilities

Manage residential and commercial closings with accuracy and professionalism

Process and clear title, coordinate closing dates, prepare closing disclosures, ALTA/HUD statements, deeds, affidavits, related closing documents, and disburse post-closing

Communicate directly with buyers, sellers, realtors, investors, lenders, and attorneys by phone and email

Maintain and reconcile escrow accounts in compliance with Florida regulations and ALTA best practices

Disburse funds, finalize recording packages, and complete post-closing follow-up

Utilize your existing network and book of business to support and grow the firm’s title operations

Work closely with attorneys and staff to deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients

Help develop internal processes and contribute to the long-term structure of the title division
