Trial, motion practice, depositions, and drafting motions such as summary judgement motions, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions
Ability to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneously and efficiently; strong interpersonal, analytical, oral communication and writing skills; and an understanding of secured transactions law
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of commercial and bankruptcy-related litigation experience
A demonstrated interest in, or exposure to, bankruptcy practice
Trial, motion practice, depositions, and drafting motions such as summary judgement motions, motions to dismiss, and complex discovery motions
Ability to handle multiple and varied projects simultaneously and efficiently; strong interpersonal, analytical, oral communication and writing skills; and an understanding of secured transactions law
JD and impressive academic credentials
Must be admitted to the New York State Bar
