The role involves overseeing all legal, compliance, and regulatory matters while serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board of directors.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise and institutional contracts, including SaaS, licensing, data-sharing, and tokenization agreements
Create and maintain contract templates and playbooks to support scalable business operations
Execute contract signatures with multiple stakeholders
Lead the company’s compliance function, covering financial services, tokenization, payments, data privacy, and cybersecurity
Monitor and interpret evolving U.S. and international regulations impacting fintech and blockchain operations
Engage with regulators, auditors, and external counsel to manage filings, audits, or inquiries
Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise and institutional contracts, including SaaS, licensing, tokenization, and data-sharing agreements
Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and scalable processes to support business operations
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in Law
Proficient in Corporate law, Corporate compliance, Contract management
English - Conversational
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
3+ years of progressive legal experience, including substantial in-house experience in technology or fintech sectors
Proven expertise in corporate law, compliance, IP, and commercial contracts
Strong working knowledge of fintech, blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset regulations
Exceptional judgment, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly
