Responsibilities

Manage various programs and campaigns within the Correctional Health department

Ensure the successful execution of the department's overall people strategies

Partner with leaders in Organizational Learning & Talent Management, HR Health Services, Correctional Health, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Occupational Health, Workforce and Community Connections, Employee Wellness, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations

Support the enhancement of organizational effectiveness and performance

Complete assigned administrative duties and presentations for the Correctional Health pavilion

Facilitate the Correctional Health townhalls

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree; in Human Resource, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
