This role is critical in supporting an increased volume of contract activity, focusing on the review, analysis, and processing of contracts for internal approval.

Responsibilities
Conduct initial reviews and analyses of a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service contracts, and standard form contracts
Identify, assess, and flag non-standard terms, potential risks, and deviations from established policies and contract playbooks
Manage the internal contract approval workflow, ensuring timely review and sign-off from all required stakeholders, including finance, procurement, and senior legal counsel
Maintain accurate records of executed contracts and related documentation within the contract management system. Create and review reports to track workflow efficiency, contract volume, and service-level performance
Serve as a primary escalation point for paralegal staff, providing guidance and support on contract-related questions and issues
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership and good standing with at least one state bar
1–5 years of legal experience post–bar admission, with demonstrated experience or coursework in contract drafting, review, or contract management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
