Responsibilities

Ability to manage engineering and technical efforts across the Missile Systems portfolio. This position provides a high level of influence over new and critical capabilities being pursued via PMA-280 programs

Responsible for the successful planning and execution of multiple engineering efforts supporting the development, integration, verification, training, certification, accreditation, production, deployment, and sustainment of the weapon system products comprising the Missile Systems portfolio, and will be required to interface directly with PMA 280-leadership, prime contractors, and other key users and stakeholders as part of the assigned duties for this position

Responsible for managing the Missile Systems engineering team and will mentor junior engineers to ensure they grow in their assigned roles in support of the PMA-280 APME/Chief Engineer, and the PMA-280 Program Manager & Principal Deputy Program Manager
