Responsibilities
Lead the growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both existing & emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally
Build and maintain senior client (up to C-level) relationships and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for business growth strategy, in collaboration with the Global Account Executives and other business leaders globally
Work with the Consulting leadership team and Americas sales teams to agree and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow Wipro’s People & Change business in Americas
Bring a significant external CHRO network within the Americas markets that you can leverage to provide Wipro with business development opportunities
Be a good ‘shaper’, able to pull together the best of what Wipro can offer to drive innovative solutions to client problems in the Americas market
Leverage the broader consulting capabilities in the Americas region, as well as our substantial offshore presence
Be a champion and passionate advocate for People & Change in the Americas CHRO landscape to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value
Drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients and partners, motivate teams and achieve results
Possess good working knowledge, in depth in areas, of common HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, Eightfold and many other HCM platforms and technologies
Nurture, develop, mentor top talent into future consulting business leaders
Execute organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads
Proactively seek opportunities to attract top diverse talent at all levels
Develop and deliver strategic People & Change initiatives with a significant focus on process, data and technology
Proactively propose solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships, analyst interactions etc
Qualification

Partner level role within People & Change consulting practice
Lead the growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s)
Leverage both existing & emerging capabilities
Create new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth
Report into the Americas Consulting Head
Lead the growth agenda and provide thought leadership
Be the trusted CHRO advisor in business development, transformational and delivery capacity
Build and maintain senior client relationships up to C-level
Leverage strategic partnerships for business growth strategy
Work with Consulting leadership team and Americas sales teams to execute a targeted sales strategy
Possess a significant external CHRO network within the Americas markets
Forge constructive internal relationships within and across multiple Wipro practices
Drive innovative solutions to client problems in the Americas market
Leverage broader consulting capabilities in the Americas region
Build an on-site presence within the region of People & Change consultants
Conceive effective strategies to drive growth across the region
Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills
Generate consulting business from new and existing accounts
Drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements
Self-sufficient approach in driving business development opportunities
Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects
Champion and advocate for People & Change in the Americas CHRO landscape
Significant transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping
Influential internal change agent with gravitas and business building mindset
Drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients and partners
Strong program and consulting disciplines (e.g. Project / Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications)
Possess good working knowledge of common HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, Eightfold
Creative, collaborative, and motivating consulting leader
Nurturing, developing, mentoring of top talent into future consulting business leaders
Execution of organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads
Strong knowledge of the CHRO agenda and experience of developing and delivering strategic People & Change initiatives
Ability to converse with industry leaders and analysts on trends within the Americas market
Proactively propose solutions, investment decisions along with published artifacts, industry speakerships
Internal content and offerings creator, writes publications, blogs and whitepapers
Utilizes social media effectively with their digital presence to enhance the Wipro brand presence
