Manage financial reporting and analysis for our senior living communities
Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure accuracy and transparency in all financial matters
Oversee 8-11 properties
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience in property management accounting (senior living or multifamily preferred)
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software (MRI and Yardi a plus)
Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
In office at least once per week
Oversee 8-11 properties

Senior Living Property Accountant experience preferred
