Responsibilities

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned searches, handling up to 10 requisitions at a time

Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using a mix of cold outreach, Boolean searches, LinkedIn/HireEZ, and other platforms

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver competitive offers and negotiate terms with candidates

Provide an exceptional candidate experience , ensuring clear communication and a seamless hiring process

Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the ATS

Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities and business needs
