Responsibilities

Establish and report the daily cash position for various subsidiary entities
Execute daily funds transfers to optimize liquidity
Perform daily investment activities in accordance with company policy
Prepare and distribute routine reports on global cash balances and investment activities, including presentations to senior management
Identify, research, analyze, and resolve various cash transaction issues promptly
Support the complete lifecycle of bank accounts by coordinating the opening, processing the closure, and implementing service modifications as requested by different business units
Act as a key point of contact between company business units and financial institutions
Frequently interact with teams in various locations (Philadelphia, Amsterdam, UK, New York) on topics such as forecasting, cash balances, fund movements, and account maintenance support
Engage with banking partners to facilitate account openings and closures
Assist with the maintenance of various treasury systems, including user support, system administration, monitoring, reporting, and contingency planning

Required

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 30, 2026, through September 18, 2026
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
MS Office Suite
Genuine interest in corporate treasury and cash management
Ability to quickly learn and apply new financial concepts
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
