Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine user requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals
Contribute to design documentation, identify dependencies, and implement scalable, reusable code for features and services with minimal oversight
Break down complex work into smaller tasks, provide accurate estimations, and actively participate in an agile, feature-crew environment
Embrace a start-up-like culture by thinking creatively, optimizing for cloud-first solutions, and delivering at a rapid release cadence
Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining 24x7 live site reliability for global customers

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Familiarity with LLMs, prompt flows, or AI‑augmented application development
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and ramp up on new tech quickly
Experience with Power Platform, Copilot extensibility, or enterprise connectors is a plus
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
