Responsibilities
Own regional revenue targets for HOA/COA services
Develop and execute a market strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene
Originate and close complex, multi-year HOA/COA agreements
Structure agreements aligned with Florida Property Code and governance requirements
Navigate board approval cycles and budget constraints
Build senior-level relationships with board members, property managers, and developers
Represent Converged Services at industry events and associations
Coordinate with legal, finance, engineering, and operations teams
Participate in internal legal and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory alignment
Support market-level marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with corporate marketing to drive brand visibility and lead generation within the region
Ensure all communications and marketing activities align with corporate guidelines and contractual commitments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market-facing revenue roles
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value, multi-year agreements
Strong negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to self-manage priorities, pipeline, and performance in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in HOA/COA, multifamily, hospitality, or commercial real estate markets
Experience selling telecommunications, bulk internet, cable, or technology solutions
Familiarity with Florida HOA/COA governance structures and property code requirements
Established relationships within the Central Florida market
