Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed sales targets for vision care products within the assigned territory
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with ECPs, optical retailers, and key accounts
Provide consultative support on product offerings, pricing, and promotional programs
Develop and execute territory plans aligned with company objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy
Deliver product training and education sessions to customers and staff
Support clinical and technical inquiries related to vision care products
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Participate in regional and national meetings, trade shows, and events
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience in vision care, optical, or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of eye care products and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel extensively within the West Coast region
