Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and best practices

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize deliverables

Track and report on KPIs and team performance metrics

Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience

Minimum 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master

3 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps

Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical application

Experience facilitating Scrum events and coaching teams

General knowledge of programming and database querying

Familiarity with Agile project management tools

Experience managing hybrid projects (Agile + Waterfall)

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred

Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

Experience working on ERP projects

Previous exposure to government or public sector projects

Agile certifications
