Responsibilities
Lead technical analysis in litigation, regulatory, and strategy matters involving semiconductor technologies (e.g., circuit design, chip architecture, semiconductor process nodes, and hardware systems)
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for use in legal proceedings, economic reports, and strategic recommendations
Contribute to case strategy by identifying core technical arguments, relevant market dynamics, and potential competitive impacts
Support business development efforts, including scoping technical components of new engagements and participating in proposal development
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
An MBA or equivalent commercial training
5+ years of post-graduate experience, ideally in consulting, product or strategy roles
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of hardware systems and business drivers
Excellent communication skills
Leadership experience with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in parallel
Preferred
Experience across hardware systems, including circuit design, semiconductor process technology, network architecture or systems engineering
Deep technical knowledge from industry or a consulting role with strong client delivery and leadership skills
Intellectual curiosity and clear thinking
