Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum events, including Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Standups
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile principles
Lead application assessments, evaluating architecture, dependencies, and performance characteristics. Analyze the compatibility of applications with new hosting environments
Identify risks and challenges associated with application migration and design mitigation strategies. Develop migration strategies, including lift-and-shift and refactoring approaches

Qualification

Certified Scrum MasterAgile project managementApplication assessmentJiraAzure DevOps

Required

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
Experience in application assessment and modernization techniques
Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a related role, with a focus on Agile frameworks and technical project leadership
Certifications: Active Agile Certification (e.g., CSM)
US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Minimum of an active Secret Clearance
You must live local to St. Louis, MO (preferred) or be willing to travel to St. Louis every week Monday-Friday
