Responsibilities

Apply engineering principles, standards, and technical practices to electronic/electrical systems

Develop, document, and maintain system requirements per contract/customer needs

Create statements of work and technical performance specifications

Translate requirements into system architectures, hardware/software designs, and interface specifications

Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the product lifecycle

Define test and validation approaches to confirm operational and functional compliance

Resolve integration issues and production anomalies

Investigate emerging technologies for future product designs

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to maintain system compliance

Support lifecycle problem-solving for fielded systems
