Responsibilities

Oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion
Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and resource coordination
Supervise and support field teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
Conduct job-site inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to applicable codes
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase
Monitor project costs, review budgets, and manage change orders
Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and project requirements

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in production or construction management within residential projects
Strong knowledge of residential construction practices and building codes

Ability to complete background screening in compliance with applicable laws
