This role will play a critical part in the accounting team by owning month-end close processes, financial reporting, and supporting operational accounting activities within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Manage month-end close activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting across multiple entities
Prepare and analyze balance sheet reconciliations and variance explanations for monthly flux analysis
Support financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP, and help maintain proper documentation of accounting procedures
Collaborate with internal stakeholders like FP&A, HR, and IT to align processes and improve workflows
Handle payroll journal entries and benefit-related accruals in collaboration with HR and payroll providers
Provide accounting support during ERP system upgrades or module integrations, especially within Sage Intacct
Participate in tax compliance efforts and coordinate with third-party advisors for filings and schedules
Support internal and external audit processes through preparation of documentation and audit requests
Work on intercompany reconciliations and eliminations across global entities
Offer financial insight and forward-thinking solutions to leadership teams to support ongoing growth and decision-making
Qualification
Required
3–10 years of progressive accounting experience
Strong grasp of US GAAP
Experience with Sage Intacct
Familiarity with ASC 606
Manage month-end close activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting across multiple entities

5–10 years of accounting experience, with preference for candidates with both public accounting and industry exposure
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and operational accounting, including revenue recognition
Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Experience within the SaaS or tech industry is a strong plus
