Superintendent

Talent Bridge is seeking a Superintendent for a self-performing contractor specializing in commercial and industrial resinous flooring systems. The Superintendent will lead field operations across multiple job sites nationwide, overseeing crews and ensuring high-quality, safe, and timely project execution.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations across multiple job sites
Lead and manage installation crews, lead installers, and journeymen
Coordinate closely with Project Managers to align labor, materials, and schedules
Serve as on-site lead for long-duration or high-priority projects
Ensure compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements
Oversee proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Conduct regular site inspections to verify surface preparation, application, and finish quality
Utilize construction management software (e.g., Procore) for documentation and reporting
Support recruitment, training, and development of installation personnel
Mentor crew members to maintain performance standards and encourage internal advancement
Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Act as liaison between field crews, project management, warehouse teams, and clients
Manage labor scheduling, material coordination, and workflow planning
Represent the organization professionally during site meetings and evaluations
Step in as Site Lead Installer when project demands or staffing levels require
Assist crews during critical installation phases to ensure quality and schedule adherence
Provide temporary operational support or coverage when required

Qualification

Required

5–10 years of experience in resinous flooring or related construction trades
Strong technical knowledge of epoxy, urethane, MMA, and polyurethane cement systems
Demonstrated experience supervising crews and coordinating multi-site operations
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
OSHA 30-hour certification

Preferred

Manufacturer certifications for resinous flooring systems
Experience with moisture mitigation and substrate preparation
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities
