The role involves managing user access, ensuring compliance, and resolving access issues within the Oracle application.

Responsibilities
Manage user access and data provisioning within Oracle Cloud
Ensure users have the correct access; handle access changes and removals (e.g., for terminated employees)
Work within the Oracle application to configure rules, roles, and user access
Run reports and use reporting tools to review user access, permissions, and compliance
Conduct root cause analysis for access or application issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of Oracle Cloud experience
Strong knowledge of Oracle Security Console and Oracle application security standards
Experience managing roles and application security (not DBA-focused)
Skilled in handling both operational tasks and analytical problem-solving
User and data provisioning
Role assignments, terminations, and access removal
Ability to run security/access reports
Analytical mindset to troubleshoot and resolve access issues
Preferred
the priority is application/role-based security experience
Experience working with HR and Finance business users
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to ask clarifying questions (verbally or via chat/text) to understand and validate access requests
Good communications skills with ability to translate technical requirements to business requirements
