Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Restock inventory and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
Support inbound, outbound, returns, and wholesale operations as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics
Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
Identify and report safety concerns or process inefficiencies
Assist with special projects such as kitting and promotional packaging
Qualification
Required

A quick learner who is open to feedback and new challenges
Comfortable asking questions and proposing creative solutions
Reliable and consistent in meeting expectations and deadlines
Safety-conscious and proactive in maintaining a safe workplace
No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and work hard
Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery
Able to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the shift
Willing to work overtime as needed
Preferred
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment
Familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse management systems
