Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive reporting and analytical support for the Select Advisor Group within Chase Wealth Management
Develop, automate, and enhance regular and ad hoc reports, including weekly performance updates, monthly scorecards, and business review materials
Partner with data specialists and field leaders to innovate reporting processes and drive data-driven decision making
Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Support the execution of long-term goals and priorities by leveraging financial principles and business drivers
Collaborate on national initiatives, providing feedback and supporting implementation as needed
Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of relevant experience in financial services, business analytics, or reporting
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data mining, manipulation, and ad hoc reporting for senior management
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams
Preferred
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Alteryx, SQL, and/or Python
Experience automating reporting processes and enhancing data workflows
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, with a drive to innovate and improve business processes
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing business needs
