Provide health and safety expertise to site leadership and operational teams
Support the development and execution of site-level H&S strategies
Coach managers and supervisors on incident investigations and prevention
Lead or participate in safety audits and compliance reviews
Monitor safety performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote safe working conditions
Support regulatory inspections and compliance activities
Share best practices and contribute to organizational safety initiatives
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5–7 years of health and safety experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety
Proficiency with standard office and documentation tools
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Master's degree
Background in engineering, chemistry, occupational health, or related disciplines
