Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable ML infrastructure in a cloud-native environment
Own training and deployment pipelines for thousands of concurrent ML models
Optimize Kubernetes environments for ML workloads (training + inference)
Build observability and monitoring systems to track model performance at scale
Partner with data scientists to productionize models in a reliable and repeatable way
Automate workflows and implement CI/CD best practices across the ML stack
Qualification
Required
Ample experience building ML platform infrastructure
Deep experience with AWS, particularly SageMaker and orchestration services
Strong Kubernetes skills for managing containerized ML workflows
Proven track record of owning production ML pipelines
Familiarity with observability tools, rollback mechanisms, and CI/CD processes
Proficient in Python with a strong engineering mindset
Clear orientation toward infrastructure rather than model experimentation
