New Grad, Entry LevelAmerican Fuji Seal is seeking a Warehouse Quality Control Technician who ensures that all inbound and outbound materials meet customer-specified quality and packaging standards. This role involves performing quality inspections, product verification, and documentation review to maintain product integrity and shipment accuracy.

Responsibilities
Understands and applies customer quality, packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements
Inspects inbound and outbound materials for accuracy, damage, and compliance to specifications
Verifies pallets, cartons, labels, and documentation prior to shipment
Collects and evaluates samples as required to confirm product and packaging quality
Immediately notifies warehouse, production, and quality leadership of any out-of-specification conditions
Places product on hold and documents non-conforming material in accordance with quality procedures
Maintains required retains, inspection records, and quality documentation
Accurately maintains both hard-copy and electronic quality and shipping records
Supports the cosmetic, fit, form, and function quality of work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods in the warehouse
Audits shipments, pallet builds, and staging areas to ensure compliance with customer and company standards
Provides quality and data analysis support to warehouse, shipping, and operations teams
Communicates quality issues with cross-functional departments and management as needed
Adheres to all plant rules, safety requirements, quality procedures, and warehouse policies
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience using multimeter rulers, calipers, scales, and spectrometer
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to stand for long periods
Able to move and lift up to 50 lbs
Able to reach and bend
Must pass a color-blind test
