B&B Concrete Enterprises Inc. is a technology-driven concrete construction firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and government infrastructure projects. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex, large-scale concrete infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations to ensure timely and efficient execution of all construction activities
Lead, mentor, and manage 20+ craft personnel and 3–5 foremen across multiple trades
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain production targets
Review and interpret architectural, structural, civil, rebar, and MEP drawings
Identify and resolve drawing conflicts prior to impacting production
Manage concrete operations including formwork, rebar installation, placement, finishing, curing, and hot/cold weather procedures
Ensure work meets contract requirements, specifications, and quality standards
Enforce jobsite safety policies in compliance with OSHA standards
Conduct daily toolbox talks and weekly coordination meetings
Perform QA/QC inspections and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Develop and manage short-term and rolling look-ahead schedules (3–6 weeks)
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and on job sites
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners

Required

7–10 years of experience in commercial concrete construction
5+ years in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role
Proven experience on water/wastewater plants, tanks, pump stations, superstructures, and infrastructure projects
Advanced blueprint reading skills across multiple disciplines
Strong knowledge of ACI standards and concrete best practices
Demonstrated ability to maintain high safety, quality, and productivity standards
Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience using Total Stations
Familiarity with BIM and digital construction tools
Comfort with construction technology and field reporting systems
