Responsibilities

Managing multiple municipal water, wastewater, and reuse projects of varying size and complexity
Leading projects through planning, design, and construction while maintaining scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Actively engaging clients and expanding trusted relationships in the San Antonio area
Supporting business development efforts, including proposal preparation and project pursuit
Building, mentoring, and supporting a high-performing local team

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Texas (required)
7+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater/reuse engineering
Proven experience managing projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contracts, and quality
Demonstrated passion for business development and growing client relationships
