Information Technology Technician
Responsibilities
Deliver responsive end-user technical support and troubleshooting
Manage user accounts in both Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory environments
Perform workstation setup, maintenance, wipes/rebuilds, and ongoing support
Configure and troubleshoot printer connections and resolve printing issues
Support remote workers with their technical needs
Configure and troubleshoot remote connectivity solutions including SASE, VPN, and RDS
Answer incoming support calls and respond to tickets within established SLAs
Maintain detailed documentation of all support activities in the ticketing system
Participate in on-call rotations
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred
2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environment
Experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and on-premises Active Directory
Understanding of remote connectivity solutions (SASE, VPN, RDS)
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to document technical solutions clearly and concisely
Experience with ticketing systems and SLA compliance
