Responsibilities
Act as the primary consultant during customer implementations, translating business needs into technical solutions
Design scalable, efficient solution architectures aligned to best practices and customer goals
Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with senior customer stakeholders
Collaborate with implementation consultants, project managers, and developers to deliver high-quality outcomes
Provide thought leadership across integrations, data migration, APIs, and configuration/customisation
Produce solution design documentation, diagrams, and delivery plans
Qualification
Required
Trade Promotion Management (TPM) experience is essential
5+ years' experience in solution architecture, consulting, or enterprise SaaS implementations
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-based integration approaches
Proven success in customer-facing delivery roles
