IT Operations Support Specialist
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team and play a key role in organizing, supporting, and monitoring business operations within a large-scale enterprise technology team. Responsibilities
Support operations of business activities and stakeholder engagement
Develop and consolidate monthly updates and metrics
Support meetings and prepare executive updates and presentations
Develop and distribute communications to enhance knowledge sharing
Assist in monitoring business performance metrics and objectives
Participate in planning and organizing leadership events
Monitor activities and metrics on key initiatives
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Experience in IT Business Operations and supporting IT leadership teams
Strong communication skills and ability to develop internal communications
Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
Experience in a large multi-national company
Preferred
Experience in developing executive updates and presentations
Experience in monitoring business performance metrics
Ability to assist in strategic planning and execution
