Titus Contracting Inc is seeking an experienced Lead Interior Designer to manage and support interior design operations for residential and light commercial remodeling projects. This leadership role involves overseeing design execution, collaborating with sales and construction teams, and guiding client selections from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the interior design function across residential and commercial projects
Develop space plans, layouts, finishes, fixtures, and lighting selections
Support sales efforts with concept drawings and visual presentations
Mentor and guide interior design staff
Coordinate on-site design meetings with clients and project teams
Prepare drawings, specifications, and documentation using design software
Record selections and specifications using BuilderTrend or similar platforms

Required

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience (residential and/or light commercial)
Proficiency in CAD software (Chief Architect preferred) and 3D modeling
Knowledge of construction processes, interior finishes, and space planning
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting mid- to high-end residential remodeling projects
Ability to submit a professional design portfolio as part of the application process
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred

Professional certification (NCIDQ, CID, or AIA affiliation)
