The Entry-Level Administrative Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient operations at Hamrick’s Corporate Headquarters, supporting multiple departments and maintaining smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support daily administrative activities across departments
Assist with preparing, organizing, and distributing documents and reports
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
Answer phones, greet visitors, and route inquiries appropriately
Support scheduling of meetings, calendars, and conference rooms
Assist with internal communications and correspondence
Maintain office filing systems (electronic and paper)
Order office supplies and assist with inventory tracking as needed
Support special projects and administrative initiatives
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
